• Coluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to coordinating wagers in poker or live games.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or miscalculated odds to place bets that would not have been offered under normal conditions.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in relation to deposits that have been legitimately consumed through gameplay.
• Submitting false identity, forged documentation or misrepresenting personal circumstances during any part of the registration or KYC process.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing or any other activity that violates applicable law.

Breach of any of the above conditions may result in immediate account suspension, witholding of balances pending investigation, permanent account closure and, where appropriate, referal to relevant authorities.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance may be returned to the User following verification, subject to the deduction of any amounts legitimately owing to gtb88. Bonus balances are not returned upon termination unless otherwise required.

These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the applicable legal framework governing the operation of the gtb88 platform. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the gtb88 platform shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or dispute resolution process designated by the operator at the time the dispute arises.
